company objected.

O'Reillys > is a publicly traded chain of Auto Parts stores that started with the first
store in Springfield, Missouri in 1957. It has since grown to over 1,500 stores
in 25 states. The corporate headquarters of O'Reilly are still located in Springfield.
Napa > was founded in 1925 to meet America's growing need for an auto parts distribution
system. It is a retailers' cooperative that distributes parts to both corporately
